Full Payment
Full payment is accepted in U.S. Dollars by Check, Money Order or Wire Transfer only. Check or US Postal Office Money Order payable to Vacation A Way, Inc . The remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior the arrival date. The due date is listed on the Booking Form. If the full payment is not received 6 weeks prior the arrival date, Vacation A Way, Inc reserves the right to cancel the booking. Cancellation charges will apply. Information Package
One month prior the arrival, the Party Leader will receive by mail an Information Package containing address and telephone number of the vacation property, key-box combination, directions from the airport, check-in and check-out procedures. For last-minute booking the information will be sent by e-mail or by fax
Check-In
Not before 04:00pm. No refunds for delayed Check-In. EARLY CHECK-IN under request only within 48 hours in advance. If Vacation A Way, Inc is able to accommodate the request, there will be a $ 75.00 service fee
Check-Out
Not after 10:00am. No refunds for early Check-Out. LATE CHECK-OUT under request only within 48 hours in advance. If Vacation A Way, Inc is able to accommodate the request, there will be a $ 75.00 service fee. If an interruption of our housekeeping is caused by a guest checking-out after 10:00am check-out time, an extra night will be assessed against the Security Deposit
Rates
Rates are per night – not per person. All rates are subject to applicable 13% Resort Tax. In case of human or computer error, Vacation A Way, Inc. reserves the right to re-invoice for the correct price or service. Prices are subject to change without notice
A refundable Security/Damage Deposit of $ 300.00 (3 and 4 Bedroom) or $500.00 (5 and 6 Bedroom) is required along with the final payment. The Security/Damage Deposit will be returned to the party leader within 30 days of the departure date. Upon departure, party must leave property and contents in the same condition it was upon the arrival If charges apply, the Security/Damage Deposit will be return less any charges due to loss or breakage of inventory items, damage to the property and/or its equipment. Any excess house cleaning, laundry in excess will be charged an extra fee and deducted from the Security/Damage Deposit. It may also be retained should the key to the property not be safely returned.
In the unlikely event of repair or replacement cost over the Security/Damage Deposit, the Party Leader is responsible and agrees to accept full liability for all loss or damage caused by any member of the party during the occupation of the property and confirms that the full cost of repair or replacement will be paid in full. Please, make sure to inform the Property Management about any damage as soon as possible
Everyone occupying the property must be listed on the Booking Form, this includes small children and any infant and only the persons shown on the Booking Form are permitted to stay in the property. This is Florida State Law and must be adhered to. Overcrowding or misrepresentation is cause for immediate eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid, including Security/Damage Deposit. Sub-letting is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid. The owners reserve the right to refuse admittance if this condition is not met.
3 Bedroom: 6 + 2 guests maximum occupancy
4 Bedroom: 8 + 2 guests maximum occupancy
5 Bedroom: 10 + 2 guests maximum occupancy
6 Bedroom: 12 + 2 guests maximum occupancy
NO SMOKING
For the safety and comfort of all guests SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN THE HOUSE. The Security Deposit will be forfeit
NO PETS
NO PETS ALLOWED in or at any of our properties. You will be requested to vacate the property without any refund if pets are brought. The Security Deposit will be forfeit
Pool Heat (non-refundable)
By Florida Law, Pool Heat should reach 82F temperature. During winter months the ability to maintain the pool at a certain temperature is not guaranteed, even with the pool heat ON. Please keep in mind: if the outside temperature drops below 50 degrees or there is a change in the daytime to night time temperature of 20 degrees or more, any pool heat might not work its full capacity. Pool Heat is not refundable. If Pool Heat is requested upon arrival, a service fee will apply to turn ON/OFF the pool heater. Pool Heat must be requested and paid upon reservation - during winter months from October to May. If pool heat is requested after the party's arrival, a $ 35.00 service fee will apply to turn ON/OFF the pool heat + the nightly rate. Upon your arrival, requests must be made 48 hours in advance and payment accept by cash only.
All Vacation Homes are cleaned prior guest’s arrival and upon guest’s departure. It is a “Self-Catering Accommodation”. Should additional service be required due to negligence or abuse, there will be a minimum charge of $100.00 against the Security/Damage Deposit. All vacation home is privately owned and self-catering. Should you desire any additional housekeeping services, please contact Vacation A Way, Inc. with at least 48 hours. If an interruption of our housekeeping is caused by a guest checking-out after 10:00am check-out time, an extra night will be assessed against the Security/Damage Deposit
All vacation homes are Privately Owned and Self Catering Accommodation. It is the responsibility of the renters to obtain their own supplies and items of personal nature such as garbage bags, laundry soap, paper towels, toilet tissue, bottle of water, etc… for the length of their stay
Parking Restrictions
Due to deed restrictions, parking areas are primarily for automobiles. No parking of Travel Trailers and RV’s of any size, Boats, Jet Skis. This rule is strictly enforced by the association of each development. Violators will be towed at their expense
Lost Keys/Lockout
Lost keys should be reported to Vacation A Way, Inc.’s office immediately. There will be a $ 100.00 Service Fee if it is necessary for our staff to deliver a key to the property. Any keys not returned upon departure will result in a $ 100.00 charge which will be withheld from the Security/Damage Deposit. If required to call a Locksmith services, the Locksmith charges must be paid by Party Leader directly to Locksmith
· 30 - 60 days prior arrival date - 50% of full payment
· Less than 30 days – No refund
· The Security/Damage Deposit already paid along with the balance will be returned to Party Leader

Highly recommended to buy Travel Protection & Insurance by the time you book your vacation home. Please contact Vacation A Way, Inc for a Travel Protection & Insurance quote
Complaints
Upon party’s arrival and during the stay, if any problem with the vacation home, the Party Leader must immediately report to Vacation A Way, Inc. toll free: 1-800-470-7142

Agreement between the Party Leader and Vacation A Way, Inc.: www.vacationhomes-pools.com is offered to you, the Party Leader, conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of www.vacationhomes-pools.com constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices
Vacation A Way, Inc. and/or Homeowners will not accept responsibility whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal belongings however caused. Vacation A Way, Inc. and/or Homeowners can not accept responsibility for, and shall not be liable in respect of losses, damage or changes caused by events such as strikes, political unrest, hostilities, war or threat of war, industrial disputes, fire, flood, acts of God, technical/weather problems to transport, aircraft grounding, closure of airports or ports, weather conditions or any event beyond our control. Vacation A Way, Inc. and/or Homeowners can not accept liability for accidents, injuries, illness, damage or loss of money, jewelry or other valuables cause to any person however sustained during the rental period. Vacation A Way, Inc does not accept liability for removal of the property from the marketplace, or transfer of the property to another company by the Owner that result in the property becoming unavailable for the rental period. Whenever such event occurs, Vacation A Way, Inc will offer the Party Leader a suitable alternative accommodation, subject to availability. If the Party Leader refuses the offered alternate property, the reservation must be cancel by the Party Leader and Vacation A Way, Inc will make all efforts to refund the rental amount, less the applicable cancellation charge. All information, description and services published on this website may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are periodically made to the information which appears here. Force Majeure
Should circumstances beyond Vacation A Way, Inc. and/or Homeowners control and contemplation, in which the property may not be available for the booking, examples of these circumstances include but not limited to destruction of or severe damage of the property, war, hostilities, strikes or other industrial disputes, natural disasters, fire, acts of God, terrorist activities, technical problems with transportation, flight delays or cancellation, epidemics, weather conditions, government actions or other circumstances. Such circumstances are referred to as “Force Majeure”. In the event of Force Majeure, we will do our best to make alternative arrangements where possible. Vacation A Way, Inc assumes no liability for Homeowners over bookings resulting in inconvenience and/or substitute accommodations being provided
