Rental Policies:

Reservation Deposit:  $ 300.00  (non-refundable) is required upon reservation

Security Deposit:  $ 500.00 - Refundable within 30 days from departure date

Nightly Rates + 13% Tax

Other Fees:  Any stay 7 nights or less subject one time departure cleaning fee

Minimum Nights:  It is required 5 nights minimum stay

Check-In:     Not before 04:00 pm          Check-Out:  Not after 10:00 am

Pool Heat:   $ 20.00 per night - from October to May always requested and paid upon reservation
