Rental Policies:

Reservation Deposit:  $ 300.00  (non-refundable) is required upon reservation

Security Deposit:  $ 300.00  Refundable within 30 days from departure date

Prices:  Nightly Rates + 13% Tax

Pool Heat: $ 20.00 p/night  -  from October - May always requested and paid upon reservation

Other Fees:  Any stay 7 nights or less subject one time departure cleaning fee

Minimum Nights:  5 nights minimum stay

Check-In:     Not before 04:00 pm                                                Check-Out:  Not after 10:00 am
